FL: Real Estate Professionals Hopeful
Real estate professionals in Florida are forecasting that 2007 will be the year the deflated housing market rebounds to a state of normalcy. Both national and state-level figures seem to reflect this opinion.
Wayne Archer, the Director of the University of Florida’s Bergstrom Center for Real Estate Studies agrees that the year should get better, but does caution that sales will not be astronomical. He does not believes the numbers will come anywhere close to peak levels seen in 2005.
