Their new website called Don’t-It-Yourself is a tongue-in-cheek look at things you should not do yourself. The #1 listed item is “buy or sell your own home”.
It also provides a list called “The Critical Role of the Realtor®
in the Real Estate Transaction” which outlines the 180 step-by-step functions a realtor provides to a client. The websites message is simple: one should engage a professional Realtor when buying and selling a home. Check it out and see what you think. Effective? Gimmick?
