Once home to the Holy Cow Brew Pub, the northeast corner of Sahara and Las Vegas Boulevard could soon become home to one of the tallest residential buildings in the world. The 73-story Summit will tower more than 900 feet above the Las Vegas Strip. The building is the brainchild of Australian developers Victor Altomare and Joseph Di Mauro, and completion is slated for 2007.
