The Cosmopolitan Resort and Casino will offer on-Strip living in the shadow of Bellagio. Just north of the proposed Project CityCenter, The Cosmopolitan will be a mixed-use facility that offers the best of gaming, entertainment and residential living. Two 600-foot-tall towers will be connected by a five-story low-rise with 300,000 square feet of retail, restaurant and entertainment space. The Cosmopolitan is scheduled to break ground in early 2005 and will open in early 2008.

- Description of typical home: The Cosmopolitan will offer more than 2,400 hotel and condo-hotel rooms. Current floor plans include 600- square-foot studios and 900-square-foot condo-hotel units.
