Welcome to Spanish Trail!

   Spanish Trail (also known as Spanish Trails) was the first guard-gated community in Las Vegas. Located near Tropicana and Western, the southwest community is home to the Spanish Trail Golf and Country Club, a members-only facility that offers a variety of amenities.
   The centerpiece of the Spanish Trail Golf and Country Club is its 27-hole championship course, which was designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. The course features lush, tree-lined fairways with more than 120 bunkers,15 lakes with streams and waterfalls, and scenic views of the nearby Spring Mountains.

   The Spanish Trail Golf and Country Club offers world-class golf as well as a fitness center, tennis and swimming. Other pools and recreational facilities are located throughout the community, which comprises 11 separate neighborhoods.

   There are 1,252 homes in Spanish Trail, offering something for nearly any taste and price range. Town homes range from $220,000 to $500,000, with custom and luxury homes ranging from $380,000 to more than $8 million.
   Spanish Trail got its name from the road 18th-century Spanish traders took while passing through the Las Vegas valley on their way to Los Angeles. Modern-day residents enjoy strolling the rolling hills and peaceful paths that make up this elite master-planned community.

Communities

   There are 11 neighborhoods in Spanish Trail, which spreads over 640 acres. Most homes were constructed in the 1980s and 1990s. Home styles range from modest condominiums to multimillion-dollar properties.

It is about 10 miles from the Las Vegas Strip and 14 miles from McCarran International Airport.
