Welcome to Southern Terrace!

   Southern Terrace is located in the southwestern part of Las Vegas, near the I-215 Beltway. This new master-planned community was developed by Perma-Bilt Homes, which also built the popular Spanish Trail neighborhood.
   The community is nestled at the foot of the Spring Mountains, south of Tropicana and west of Fort Apache. The Beltway provides easy access to major shopping and business areas, and several local attractions — including the Red Rock National Conservation Area — are just a short drive away.

   Southern Terrace has been described as a place where versatility, efficiency and elegance come together in one neighborhood. The community has gently curving streets with lush landscaping. The majestic mountains to the west and the sparkling skyline to the east provide a beautiful backdrop to its one- and two-story homes.
   After the grand opening in 2001, business has remained steady at Southern Terrace. The community is now home to four neighborhoods and the 4,900-square-foot Southern Terrace Club.     Monterey is the jewel in the crown of Southern Terrace. These spacious two-story homes feature up to six bedrooms with courtyard entries. Floor plans range from 2,860 to 3,400 square feet, offering residents both space and elegance.
