Welcome to Siena!

   Siena is a 665-acre retirement community in the southern part of Summerlin. There are more than 1,800 homes in the guard-gated community, which is being developed by Sunrise Colony Company.

Siena Featured Homes

   Age-restricted Siena offers a variety of amenities for its active senior residents. Eighty percent of the households require at least one resident to be 55 or older; the remaining homes require a resident to be at least 50.

    Many homes in Siena surround its 18-hole championship golf course. The community also features a fitness center with pools, tennis and workout equipment; a clubhouse and community center; hiking and biking trails; and Lake Siena, a man-made lake featuring 40-foot waterfalls.

   The community has a Mediterranean feel and is patterned after the town of Siena, Italy. Shops and restaurants are located nearby, and the I-215 Beltway provides easy access to the entire Las Vegas valley, although you may have few reasons to leave the beauty and convenience of Siena!

Where is Siena?

Siena is located in the southwestern part of Las Vegas.
It is about 12 miles from the Las Vegas Strip and 16 miles from McCarran International Airport.
