   Sandhurst will be centrally located near the Premium Outlets and the upcoming World Market in the city's Parkway Center. Construction is slated to begin in early 2005, with completion set for fall 2006.
   Initial plans call for a 34-story tower with 409 units. Two more towers and commercial space are also planned for the land, which was purchased by Sandhurst Development from Union Pacific Railroad in 2004.
   Sandhurst will be located just south of the Clark County Government Center in downtown Las Vegas. U.S. Highway 95 and Interstate 15 provide easy access to other locations in the Las Vegas valley.
