The Residences at MGM Grand

   The Residences at MGM Grand is a new development to be built near the Las Vegas Strip. MGM Grand Hotel and Casino teamed with Turnberry Associates to develop the property, which will be the first condominium-hotel complex on the famed Las Vegas Strip. Most owners are expected to purchase the properties as vacation condos, and when owners are absent, the MGM will rent out the condos as vacation units for the owners.

• Price range: Tower One is sold out, but units are available in Tower Two. Prices range from $350,000 to $1.5 million.
• Description of typical home: The Residences at MGM Grand will feature up to six 40-story condominium-hotel towers. Each tower will contain 576 residences, ranging from 585 to 1,500 square feet.
• Lifestyle: Residents of The Residences at MGM Grand will enjoy close proximity to the Las Vegas Strip. Amenities include a private owners’ lounge, swimming pool and 24-hour security. Residents also will have privileges at the adjoining MGM Grand, including pools, spa services, fitness facilities, shopping and world-class dining.
