Project CityCenter

   The 66-acre Project CityCenter is being created by MGM Mirage as a mixed-use urban center that appeals to locals as well as tourists. Project CityCenter, which will be located on the site of the Boardwalk Hotel-Casino, is still in the developmental process. The initial design phase is scheduled to take about 18 months. Construction of the first phase will take approximately 42 months, with an opening anticipated in 2010.

• Description of typical home: Project CityCenter will be an innovative mix of condos and hotel rooms. The first phase of the project will include 1,650 luxury condominium-hotel units along with a 4,000-room hotel-casino; three 400-room boutique hotels; and 550,000 square feet of retail, dining and entertainment space.
• Lifestyle: Project CityCenter residents will enjoy close proximity to the Las Vegas Strip. The on-Strip location will provide easy access to the exciting casinos, restaurants and nightlife that Las Vegas has to offer.
