Welcome to Painted Desert!

   Painted Desert is a master-planned community that surrounds the Painted Desert Golf Club. When the course opened in 1987, it sat alone in northwest Las Vegas. Today, Painted Desert sits amid the burgeoning neighborhoods of Centennial Hills, a growing development located along U.S. 95, near I-215.
   Painted Desert Golf Club was the Las Vegas valley's first true desert golf course. The emerald fairways are separated by native desert vegetation, and several lakes add to the course's natural beauty.

Painted Desert Featured Homes

   Homes developed along the golf course in 1988, and most were built in the 1990s. The 460-acre community is now home to condos, villas and single-family homes, many featuring fairway views and mountain vistas.
  Nearby Centennial Hills offers shopping, dining and entertainment venues. Many retailers are located in or near the community, including the 900,000-square-foot Centennial Center. Local highways provide easy access to all areas of the Las Vegas valley.
   Recreational opportunities abound in the area around Painted Desert. Nearby Floyd Lamb State Park offers fishing, hiking and picnic areas. Mount Charleston offers skiing and sledding in the winter months, and hiking and picnicking in the summer. And Centennial Hills' new Town Center will feature a large regional park as well as dog parks, soccer fields, volleyball and a water-play area.
