Welcome to One Las Vegas!

   As Las Vegas moves outward and upward, the new One Las Vegas follows suit. This high-rise development will be located in the southeastern part of the city, near the Las Vegas Outlet Center and the Blue Diamond interchange.
   Five towers are planned for the property, which comprises 19.5 acres. Each tower will be home to 961 units, ranging from 831 to 2,857 square feet.
   The project is being developed by AMLAND/BSR Group and architect Kobi Karp.
   One Las Vegas will be located at Shelbourne Avenue and Las Vegas Boulevard. Interstate 15 provides easy access to other locations in the Las Vegas valley.

   One Las Vegas will provide high-rise living just minutes from the Las Vegas Strip.

Where is One Las Vegas?

One Las Vegas will be located at Shelbourne Avenue and Las Vegas Boulevard.
It is about one mile to the Las Vegas Strip and five miles from McCarran International Airport.
