Las Vegas Master-Planned Communities Northwest — Northeast/North Las Vegas — Southwest — Southeast/Henderson — Central
Many Las Vegas residents choose to live in master-planned communities, which are plentiful in Southern Nevada. From Summerlin and Aliante in the north to Green Valley and Southern Highlands in the south, there's a community to fit your needs. Home prices range from $120,000 in modest communities to more than $10 million in luxurious, upscale subdivisions.

Northwest (north of Desert Inn Road) Canyon Gate – Mediterranean-styled homes surround the exclusive Canyon Gate Country Club. Centennial Hills – This growing master-planned community is located in the far northwest, offering an ideal retreat to "big-city" living. Desert Shores – This gated community is built around several manmade lakes, which offer a variety of outdoor activities. Painted Desert – Condos and custom homes surround Painted Desert Golf Club, the valley's first true desert golf course. Peccole Ranch – Entrance signs feature a stylized horse's head, and this equine theme is reflected throughout the community. Queensridge – This upscale portion of northern Peccole Ranch is home to the scenic Badlands Golf Club. Red Rock Country Club – Homes surround two Arnold Palmer-designed golf courses, located near the Red Rock National Conservation Area. Summerlin – The nation's best-selling master-planned community will eventually be home to 30 villages. Sun City Summerlin – Del Webb's first foray into Southern Nevada active-retirement communities remains a rousing success. The Lakes – Home to a large manmade lake, this community remains the original desert oasis.
Northeast/North Las Vegas Aliante – North Las Vegas is home to one of the valley's newest master-planned communities. Eldorado Highlands – Schools, sports and recreation abound in this family-friendly community. Sun City Aliante – Located in North Las Vegas, this is among the valley's newest active-retirement communities.
Southwest (south of Desert Inn Road) Coronado Ranch – One of the valley's newest master-planned communities is located just south of the I-215 Beltway. Mountain's Edge – This new master-planned community lives up to its nickname of "The New Southwest." Rhodes Ranch – This guard-gated community is built around the lush Rhodes Ranch Golf Club. Siena – Patterned after an Italian village, this retirement community is in the southern part of Summerlin. Southern Highlands – This new community is a desert oasis for those seeking a break from city living. Southern Terrace – Home to four neighborhoods, Southern Terrace is nestled at the foot of the Spring Mountains. Spanish Trail – This golf-course locale, also known as Spanish Trails, was the first guard-gated community in Las Vegas. Spring Valley – This unincorporated town within the Las Vegas city limits is home to more than 117,000 people.
Southeast/Henderson Anthem – With its convenient location and scenic views, it's easy to see why residents are singing Anthem's praises. Green Valley – This fast-growing community is known for its high-quality, family-oriented lifestyle. Green Valley Ranch – This new section of Green Valley offers 4,000 homes nestled in the hills of Henderson. Lake Las Vegas – Although this upscale community is in the hills outside Henderson, you'll swear you're visiting a small Italian village. MacDonald Ranch – Home to several neighborhoods, this area was sculpted out of the McCullough Mountains. Seven Hills – This hillside community is home to Rio Secco Golf Course and offers incredible views of the Las Vegas valley. Silverado Ranch – This new community is located southeast of Las Vegas, near Green Valley. Solera at Anthem – About 1,750 homes are planned for this small neighborhood that caters to active seniors. Stallion Mountain – Once home to three golf courses, this area now offers new homes and condos located along an 18-hole facility. Sun City Anthem – About 6,300 homes are planned for this Pulte/Del Webb active-retirement community. Sun City MacDonald Ranch – This scenic active-retirement community is home to the Desert Willow Golf Course.
Central (Near The Strip or Downtown) Las Vegas Country Club – This elite gated community is less than a mile from the famed Las Vegas Strip. Paradise – The "Las Vegas Strip" is actually located in this unincorporated town, the largest such town in the USA. Rancho Circle – If you're looking for a touch of "old Vegas," look no further than Rancho Circle. Scotch 80s – The upscale Scotch 80s is home to working families and noted celebrities. Winchester – This unincorporated town north of Paradise is home to more than 27,000 people.
