   Solera at Anthem is located in Henderson, about four miles from the I-215 Beltway. This Pulte/Del Webb development is one of several distinct neighborhoods in the Anthem master-planned community.
   Solera at Anthem is a sister community to Sun City Anthem, one of the Las Vegas valley's best-known retirement communities. All residences must have one owner/occupant at least 55 years old, and there are no permanent residents under age 19.
   Homes here are smaller, with five single-story designs. Unlike Sun City Anthem, there is no onsite golf course, but Solera is close to The Revere at Anthem as well as other local courses. Tennis and bocce courts are now open, with plans for a pool, spa, fitness center, computer room and club area.
   When complete, the 385-acre master-planned community will have approximately 1,750 homes.

Community

Solera at Anthem offers five home designs, each with a distinctive style. All homes are single story, ranging from 1,140 to 1,771 square feet.

Amenities

   Anthem residents enjoy the scenic beauty that their community provides. Towering waterfalls welcome visitors to the community, which is located amid the canyon landscape of the McCullough Mountains. Anthem offers scenic lakes, golf-course views, waterfalls and mountain vistas just a few miles south from the glittering Las Vegas Strip.
   The tennis and bocce courts are now open for residents of Solera at Anthem. Future plans include a pool, spa, fitness center, computers, billiards, cards, crafts and club gathering areas.
   Solera at Anthem is close to shops, restaurants and businesses. The I-215 Beltway provides easy access to Henderson and the entire Las Vegas valley.
