Henderson -- Aloft

   Dozens of new high-rise and mid-rise condos are changing the look of the Las Vegas skyline. The landscape of Henderson will soon enter the mix with Aloft, a seven-story condominium complex that will be built on Lake Mead Drive.
   The 90,000-square-foot tower will comprise 30 two-level residential units and four luxury skyhouse units.
   The project is being designed and developed by HCA Architects and Pueblo Properties LLC, and Blanchard/Hoffman Construction is the general contractor. Aloft is slated to open in fall 2005.
   Aloft will be located at 325 W. Lake Mead Drive in Henderson. Interstate 515 and the Boulder Highway provide access to other locations in the Las Vegas valley.

Community

Aloft will provide mid-rise condo living in the fast-growing community of Henderson.

Amenities
