Chicago -- Grant Park

Grant Park is Chicago's most renowned downtown park. Located between Michigan Avenue and Lake Michigan,
it offers great views of the lakefront and the city's skyline.

One of the park's main attractions is the Clarence Buckingham Fountain, which was commissioned in 1927.
The distinctive fountain is made of Georgia pink marble and is surrounded by four pairs of bronze seahorses.

Grant Park is filled with lawns, trees and monuments, including a statue of Abraham Lincoln. It was named for
Gen. Ulysses S. Grant, who served as president after Lincoln's assassination in 1865.

Nicknamed "Chicago's Front Lawn," the popular gathering spot offers free concerts and events throughout the year.
